For the launch of the fourth issue of 1/2 Zine at OFR Gallery, 1/2 exhibits the original photographs and drawings used to create this special issue.

1/2 Zine #4 takes the format of a dream, moving through and beyond the other side. Photographs and drawings are combined in a specific way. Juxtaposing, layering, overlaying, repeating and multiplying, take the reader through a dream-like journey.
1/2 zine is an original self-published hand-made magazine released in a limited edition of 200.

1/2 was founded in 2007 by the four designers/illustrators Laure Boer, Anne-Pauline Mabire, Lucie Pindat and Chloé Thomas. After they graduated at the ENSAAMA Olivier de Serres, design academy in Paris, the three of them moved to new horizons in Berlin, Amsterdam and Vienna. In order to keep contact and exchange their work and design conceptions, the girls created an on-line space in 2006 and in 2008 published the zine 1/2 with a selection of their productions.

1/2 became a way to keep experimenting, and developing their own themes apart from their professional design activities.
1/2 is a kind of perpetual trip across cities and also minds. It tries to catch every day beauty, anywhere and in anyway.
